Farscape Gone and Back #2

This issue was on a crush but it's finished. Just waiting for some final art and I'll swap them out and it's a wrap.

Just received pages from the Hulk Team-Up issue I'm doing for Marvel. I tell yah, this industry is so small you end up running into peeps you know all the time. So when they say never burn bridges because you never know if you'll end up working with that creator again, it's true!

GeNext: United #4

Finished GeNext #4 in the nick of time! My deadline was today and I nailed it. Man, I'm good. That's what DiPascale always says, right Mike?

Next up is finishing Die Hard, then the next issue of Farscape. I think Unthinkable is due this week (just waiting on the final pages to be drawn/colored). After that should be my next Marvel gig -- another Hulk! Yeah!

Just realized something, my output of titles this month will end up being the same, but the difference is I took a week off. Hmmm...

28 Days Later #2

Second issue is finished. For a what I thought was gonna be an easy week turned out to just fly by. The Fist of Justice comic is what screwed me up, had to lay out the letters and covers. For some reason, they just took forever.

So I'll be working this weekend on GeNext and Die Hard. It's all good tho, suppose to rain.

Fist of Justice #5

This issue is ready to roll, just waiting on the variant cover (which sports a crossover with E-Man). Once that's in, it's in the hands of the printer, hopefully within the next couple days.

One thing I wanna point out. I usually search the web stores for the cover graphics and everyone I tried for this issue -- didn't have it. Not even as a pre-order item. No wonder our sales on this issue sucked ass (causing it to most likely be the last issue distributed through Diamond). Oh well. That's the life of a indy publisher, I guess.

Vampirella Second Coming #2

Just turned in the second issue of Vampirella's relaunch by Phil Hester. The cover on the left is actually from issue #1 since the second issue's cover won't be available in Previews at the end of this month. Talk about working in advance! I should take a hint and start doing that with my books.

As a matter of fact, I am. We're 3 issues ahead on Fist of Justice, 3 months ahead on the last BloodRayne issue for the year, and also working on Ayano (who I hope to put through Image Comics).

Farscape: Dargo's Trial #1

The second D'argo series is finished. Looks like I'm maintaining the one book per day schedule I set out to do (since I didn't work last week).

Next up on my list is the second issue of Vampirella while trying to finish off Fist of Justice #5. Not sure I'll be able to get 3 more books finished before week's end, but I'll try!

Prototype #5

One more issue to go and it's a wrap for this mini-series. Can't wait to see how it turns out! This is the second mini-series I've done for Wildstorm/DC and already have another one scheduled soon. I also asked for another title and can't wait to see what it is.

Also picked up a new Hulk title today from Marvel. Can't wait to get started on that. I'll slot that in right after finishing Die Hard and 28 Days Later. It's a busy month!

Irredeemable #5

I'm back from vacation and can tell it's gonna be a crazy month. Not only did work pile up while I was gone, I picked up several new gigs, and SDCC is just around the corner. Every year, SDCC causes a chaotic deadline where publishers try to get their titles out before they enjoy themselves at the show. I think this week alone, I have like 8 titles I have to send out. It's gonna be a busy, busy couple weeks for me.
